Please note** All current permits will be valid until December 31, 2016. Your new permit will be VALID AS OF JANUARY 1, 2017. If you do not receive anything from our office by October 1, 2016, please contact the Department of Parking Services at (203) 618-3060. Please note ALL OUTSTANDING PARKING CITATIONS MUST BE SETTLED IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A NEW PERMIT. MISUSE AND ABUSE OF PERMIT(S) THAT HAVE BEEN REPORTED LOST, STOLEN OR TRANSFERRED CONSTITUTES FRAUD AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION AND/OR DENIAL OF FUTURE PERMIT(S).
Annual Parking Permits
Parking permits are issued on an annual basis and administered through the Department of Parking Services. To renew your parking permit online, please follow the instructions in your postcard and click here. If you wish to renew in person or by mail, please follow the instructions in your letter and/or contact us.
*Please remember that it is your responsibility to notify the Department of any changes in your information to ensure that any correspondence or materials are sent to you properly, including changes to your license plate. DEPARTMENTAL POLICY WILL NOT ALLOW FOR ANY REFUNDS, REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE OF PARKING PERMITS REGARDLESS OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES. ANY OUTSTANDING PARKING CITATIONS MUST BE SETTLED AND PAID IN FULL BEFORE A PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED.

Bryam Parking Lot, Mill Street and Williams Street $12.00
West End Avenue Parking Lot (Old Greenwich) $150.00
Town Hall Garage $415.00
Soundview Parking Lot (Greenwich) $655.00
Resident Parking (Restrictions may apply):
Horseneck Lane Parking Lot $415.00
Island Beach Parking Lot* $415.00
Greenwich Plaza, Level A $655.00
Old Greenwich Railroad Station $415.00
Cos Cob Railroad Station $415.00
Riverside Railroad Station $415.00
Free parking on weekends and holidays at all Metro-North owned railroad parking lots (excludes Horseneck, Island Beach, Soundview and Greenwich Plaza.
*Summer Parking (Island Beach Parking Lot)
During Island Beach Ferry season, Beach pass parking will be permitted in the designated permitted areas and available on a first-come, first-served basis for beach parking only. Beach Pass Parking decals are required in the designated spaces. Beach Passes are issued through the Department of Parks and Recreation. Please note, Beach pass parking is reserved for Island Beach goers, anyone found using the pass for commuting purposes will be subjected to ticketing and revocation of Beach Pass.
