The Greenwich Time gave a “Thumbs Up" to retired Greenwich High School teacher Sue
H. Baker as she was recognized for having a pavilion at the Old Barn at Greenwich Point Park named for her. Sue dedicated many years to Greenwich High School students as an oceanography teacher and environmentalist. She was joined at the ceremony by numerous admiring friends as she cut the ribbon on the newly restored 19th-century building that was once a part of J. Kennedy Tod’s seaside estate. The Baker Pavilion will be a wonderful gathering point for Greenwich families in the years ahead.
