This year, the Hamilton Avenue School celebrated 100 years of Excellence! As a tribute to the anniversary, the committee, chaired by Bob Macintyre, worked for several months to contact and invite alumni, former teachers, and staff from the elementary school.

Among the highlights of the evening were emotional reunions of former students and those excellent teachers who influenced their lives. The Master of Ceremonies was Dave D’Andrea, who introduced speeches by the Greenwich Superintendent of Schools Dr. William McKersie and by First Selectman Peter Tesei. The Town of Greenwich presented a Proclamation, as did State Representatives Michael Bocchino, Livvy Floren, and Fred Camillo.
