May 27: As Harbormaster Ian Macmillan said when he looked at all the boats tied together in the harbor, “it’s Woodstock on the Water!”
The 7th annual Greenwich Town Party was another huge success! The day-long family music festival included award-winning favorites such as Steely Dan and Alabama Shakes. Audiences also thrilled to the sounds of the legendary Preservation Hall Jazz Band and Carolyn Wonderland on the main stage. Local bands playing on the second stage included: Charlie Scopoletti and The Truth, The Bramblemen, The Clams, TIDES, Mongolian Monkfish, Emma Friedman, Jay and Ray Jams for Fans, and Rang A Boom.
It was musical fun for all ages!
