It was, as Greenwich Time Reporter Ken Borsuk wrote, “…a red, white, and blue tribute to Greenwich history.” This was the goal of the Independence Day Association as the Town of Greenwich celebrated not only the independence of the United States but the 375th anniversary of the founding of our town.
