For property owners wishing to file an appeal to the Board of Assessment Appeals, applications must be received on or before February 20, 2018. The Board will hold hearings during the month of March 2018.
Automobile owners, who wish to appeal the assessment on their vehicles, may appear at the September meeting of the Board of Assessment Appeals.

Property Assessment Appeals
Appeals of assessment shall be made to the Board of Assessment Appeals by February 20, 2018.
Assessment Appeal Forms - Applications are available online or in the Assessor's office. Applications must be filed to the BAA by the due date. No exceptions.
