Tesei Urges Continued Water Conservation
Despite several storm events in the past weeks, reservoir levels for Aquarion Water Company's Greenwich System remain just below 27% keeping the Town of Greenwich and several other surrounding towns under a Drought Advisory. Typically, water levels are at 70% and town officials are keeping a watchful eye the situation. "I am requesting that all Greenwich residents and businesses follow good water conservation practices," stated newly elected First Selectman, Peter Tesei following a meeting of the Town's water supply team. "One of the most important thing folks can do this time of year is to check for leaks and have them fixed."
