NYC Transit Strike Ends
The TWU Local 100 Board has recommended that its members return to work. While we will work diligently to resume to normal service levels, it will take anywhere from 10-18 hours for New York City Transit and MTA Bus crews to report, system integrity to be assessed, and service to resume.

Metro-North Railroad will continue contingency services until 11 AM, then provide normal Friday service but will continue to provide service to the Park-and-Ride at Yankee Stadium.
Strike fare tickets for the commuter railroads will not be sold after 11 AM. Unused tickets will be subject to normal refund policies. Click here for more information.
