Grand List Books for Sale 1999-2002
With the revaluation in progress and a letter regarding your new assessment being sent out the end of November, you may want to see how property values have changed over the past years. To help you do this we are selling grand list books from 1999 through 2002 @ $10.00 each (original cost $30.00).
You can purchase a copy in our office from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday by cash or check. You can also order one by mail. Send a check for $15.00 payable to "Town of Greenwich" and mail to Tax Assessor, 101 Field Point Road, Greenwich, Connecticut 06830. When ordering by mail the additional $5.00 is to cover postage and handling.
