Biennial Review of 1998 Plan of Conservation and Development
In the 1998 Plan of Conservation and Development (Plan), the Planning and Zoning Commission undertakes to review and revise the Plan at regular intervals. The resolution by which~the RTM approved the Plan provided that such reviews would be conducted biennially in cooperation with the Land Use Committee of the RTM. The fourth such review will take place at this special meeting.
Consistently with the reviews in 2002 and 2004, this year's review will be conducted by the First Selectman.~ It will consist of a brief report of the status of each recommendation in the Plan by the concerned Town Department and a discussion of whether any revision is desirable.~~
