Transfer Station Dumping Permit Decals
Residential Dumping Permit Decal
All Greenwich residents are eligible for a residential vehicle dumping permit decal which
can be obtained at no charge at the Holly Hill scale house by showing proof of residency
and car ownership. Please see the list of requirements included with the vehicle
registration application:

Non-Residential Dumping Permit Decal
Only the Agents of Greenwich residents or Greenwich businesses are eligible for a
non-residential vehicle dumping permit decal which can be obtained at no charge at
the Holly Hill scale house by showing proof of business ownership and vehicle
ownership. Please see the list of requirements included with the vehicle registration
application:
Application for Non-Residential Dumping Permit Decal
Return the completed application, in person, to the scale house on the entrance road of
the Holly Hill Facility, anytime from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday,
or 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Saturday. Bring the vehicle you are registering and all
proof documents, then drive onto the scale. The permit decal will be issued after all
the information is verified. There is no charge for the permit decal.
All vehicles, both commercial and residential, must display a dumping permit decal
to enter the Holly Hill Facility. No waste from outside of Greenwich is allowed.
