DPW - Highway Division
 The Highway Superintendent has charge of the construction, maintenance and repair of all public highways, bridges, sidewalks and storm drains and their appurtenances. This division cleans streets, removes snow, ice, and leaves from streets, erects street name signs and supervises street lighting.
