The Engineering Division provides professional engineering services for Town Departments, agencies and boards. The Division provides in-house design of Capital Improvement Projects and inspects construction for conformance to plans. Performs reviews of development plans for subdivision and commercial developments and evaluates and coordinates services provided by consulting engineers. Provides construction administrative services and engineering advice on major Town funded projects.

The Engineering Division is also responsible for the inspection and maintenance of the Town's bridges and dams. The division has developed a ten year bridge program for the design and replacement of the bridges that are in poor condition.
