The Building Construction and Maintenance Division is responsible for the administration,
planning and execution of all construction and maintenance activities for town owned
buildings except marine docking facilities and buildings assigned to the Board of Education.
It is also responsible for the painting and care of flag poles throughout town
(flags not included).
Voting Machines
The Building Construction and Maintenance Division is responsible for moving voting
machines from the Central Depository and setting them up at all 12 polling locations.
The Division works in conjunction with the Registrar of Voters.
Bus Stop Benches
The Building Construction and Maintenance Division is responsible for the painting
and care of bus stop benches throughout town. View a list

Evictions
If you are unable to remove your possessions and personal effects upon being evicted,
The Building Construction and Maintenance Division of the Town of Greenwich will secure
your evicted belongings for a period of fifteen (15) calendar days. To retrieve
your belongings please contact the Social Services Department
