Hamilton Avenue Sidewalk Replacement Project
The Town of Greenwich, Department of Public Works, is pleased to notify you that work will commence to replace the sidewalk along the west side of Hamilton Avenue the week of July 5th and will conclude the week of August 30th. These dates are weather dependent and therefore, are subject to change.
Please take notice of the orange construction signs posted in the Town's right-of-way to be sure that you park your vehicles elsewhere during the times listed on these signs. It is important that you not park your vehicles on the west side of Hamilton Avenue during this time listed on the signs. Prior to working, the street will be posted and any vehicles that are not moved will be towed.
While we understand this work may be an inconvenience, we hope you will welcome a new sidewalk in your neighborhood. During construction, DPW will have its Inspector on site much of the time, and he will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
