Park Permits/Group Outings
Reservations can be made for the 2008 Summer Season beginning at 8:00 a.m.,
Tuesday, January 22, 2008.
Permit holders must be 21 years of age or older, and must be part of the picnic group or overnight camp out that they are reserving.
Reservations must be made in person at the Department of Parks and Recreation,
2nd floor, Town Hall, at least 2 weeks prior to date.
A $30.00 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee (cash or check) is required to secure a
date along with proof of residency at that time.

Greenwich Point-Clambake Area:
* Can be reserved for 26 to 500 people.

MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO MAKE RESERVATIONS AND BE PART OF THE GROUP ON THE RESERVATION DATE.
* Guest fees $7.00 per non-cardholder. Guest fees apply for those without park passes. Greenwich sponsor must purchase these passes from the Park Pass Office at Town Hall. Sponsor must present permit at time of purchase.
* Keg Permits are required for kegs, free, through Parks and Recreation.
* No corporate picnics on Saturdays or Sundays.
* No more than 150 people on Saturdays or Sundays.
* Pavilion, restrooms, grills, and picnic tables provided.
* Area available from May 3 to October 19, 2008.
* Tent permit required for tents larger than 900 square feet w/ occupancy of 50+.
* No pets allowed.
* Hours available: 8:00 a.m. to half hour before sunset.
* No weddings.
* No amplified music.

MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO MAKE RESERVATIONS AND BE PART OF THE GROUP ON THE RESERVATION DATE.
