The Greenwich Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual State of the Town Address with First Selectman Peter J. Tesei on October 27. For more than 20 years, the Chamber has hosted the First Selectman to give their annual assessment of how the Town is faring and to provide insight for plans for the future.
