Invitation to Bid - First United Methodist Church
The First United Methodist Church is a sub-recipient of the CDBG program during program year 2008. 2008 CDBG funds have been provided to support their Roof Replacement Project at 61 East Putnam Ave (CCI facility). Following is a copy of the public notice regarding the invitation to bid.

Invitation to Bid
"Roof Replacement at 61 East Putnam Ave. Greenwich, CT"
Sealed bids will be received by the First United Methodist Church (FUMC) for a Contract to replace and rehabilate roofs at Community Centers Inc., housed at 61 East Putnam Ave. Greenwich, CT (site). The sealed bids shall be opened publicly at the office of FUMC 1 Church Street Greenwich, CT at 3:30 PM on Friday, July 31, 2009.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for prospective bidders on Thursday, July 23rd or Friday, July 24, 2009 at 3:30 PM.
Bid documents may be obtained for a nonrefundable fee of $20.00 by contacting the FUMC office 203-629-9584. A copy of the bid documents may also be examined at the office by appointment.
Work to be performed under this Contract is partially funded by Federal money through the Community Development Block Grant program of the Town of Greenwich and is subject to the Davis Bacon Act and other Local and Federal regulations.
