The Friends of Nathaniel Witherell is an independent 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization and is the official fund-raising program of The Nathaniel Witherell. At the recommendation of the RTM of the Town of Greenwich, The Friends was founded in 2007 to raise funds that will be devoted to enhancing the lives of the residents of The Witherell. Through donation, special events and assorted fundraising campaigns, Friends will assist in providing capital improvements to the facility as well as funding creative innovative programming for the residents.

Friends of Nathaniel Witherell is looking forward to an exciting future. With the embarkation of Project Renew-Witherell, a renovation and building project of The Witherell, Friends will be launching a capital campaign to assist in the financing of this building project. The project represents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the residents of Greenwich to create the finest, state-of-the-art nursing and rehabilitation center that will reflect the high standards that we enjoy in all we do in our community.
