All work on the Town-wide Property Reassessment has been completed and notices of reassessment were mailed on Thursday, November 18, 2010.

Assessment field cards, all assessments by street address and sales are available for public viewing in the Assessor's Office on the first floor at Town Hall. Information about the revaluation is also provided in the Assessor's section of the Town's website.

Informal hearing
If you have questions on your new assessed value or wish to review information used in the valuation of your property, please contact the revaluation appraisers at their toll free number to schedule an appointment for an informal hearing at the Town Hall. You may also schedule an informal hearing directly by using the website below:

At your scheduled informal hearing, the appraisers will answer your questions and consider additional information you provide pertinent to the market value of your property. Appointments for the informal hearings will be held in December, 2010 and January, 2011. When you make an appointment by phone or through the website, please refer to the Parcel ID number appearing at the top of this notice. Notification of the results of all informal hearings will be mailed no later than February 28, 2011.
