Community Health Assessment Meetings Scheduled
If you are interested in participating in a Health Assessment Public Forum on Tuesday March 4, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Central Middle School Auditorium or Thursday, March 6, from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. at Temple Sholom Social Hall, call Lyn Linz at the Greenwich Hospital to register at 203-863-3794. The purpose of the discussion groups is to:
-- Learn about perceptions and experiences in obtaining health care services
-- Increase awareness and build support for health issues and challenges and
-- Share ideas and solutions for addressing health issues.
The Greenwich Health Assessment Planning Committee is sponsored by the Town of Greenwich, Commission on Aging, Department of Health, Greenwich Emergency Medical Service, the Greenwich Hospital, Housing Authority, Library, Hispanic Center, United Way of Greenwich, WGCH radio.
