• Administrative Review Form: For minor additions, small scale new construction and otherwise as allowed by Section 6-111, (Division 9, Subdivision 3, p. 40) for single family homes located between 101 ft. and 1000 ft. of tidal wetlands, coastal bluffs and escarpments, beaches and dunes.

Long Form: (P.A. 79-535, Coastal Resources Handout) New single family houses within 100' of tidal wetlands, coastal bluffs and escarpments, beaches and dunes. Multifamily projects, subdivisions, special permits, M.I., rezonings, and commercial projects within 1,000 of mean high water or any other activity requiring building permits located in the Coastal Overlay Zone except as exempted by 6-111.
