Fee: $175.00
Non-Refundable $175.00 Permit Fee required to secure date and location. Proof of residency is required before permit will be issued. Current Park Pass, Marina Facility Use Permit, ID Card, or Drivers License in conjunction with current phone or electric bill will be accepted as proof. Must be a resident of Greenwich and 21 years or older to make a Reservation and be present for duration of event.
Current Resident vehicle permit or Daily parking pass required. Additionally, an active Resident park pass or daily pass is required per person.
All passes must be purchased in advance. Non – refundable.
· Area available from May 1 - October 31, 2013.
· Hours available: 8:00 a.m. to half hour before sunset.
· Keg Permits are required for kegs, issued through Parks & Recreation Dept. – no fee.
· No corporate picnics on Saturdays or Sundays.
· No more than 150 people on Saturdays or Sundays.
· Pavilion, restrooms, grills and picnic tables provided.
- Small Tent (900 sq ft max.) allowed. Permit may be required for tents over 350 sq. ft. Please contact the Building Department for details.
- No pets allowed.
- No wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions or wedding photography permitted. (Greenwich Municipal Code 6.93).
- No amplified music permitted. (Code of Greenwich 7.28(16)).
***CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservation must be cancelled AT LEAST 30 DAYS prior to event for a refund. There will be a $25.00 Admin. fee for any cancellation. If a picnic is cancelled due to inclement weather a request for refund must be made within a week from day of event.
