Passes are required from May 1 through October 31.
Leashed dogs are only allowed from December 1 through March 31.
During the period from May 1 through October 31, prior to 7:00 am and after 5:00 pm, only vehicle permits for residents and vehicle fees for visitors will be required, no per person fees will be charged. A park pass or guest card/ticket and a vehicle permit/parking pass is required between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm.
During the period from November 1 through April 30, no fees will be charged to enter Greenwich Point and Byram Park.
The Town of Greenwich non-discrimination policy will be included as part of the park pass applications.

** If you have relocated to another address within Greenwich or have not received your re-activation form by the end of February 2012, please contact our office at 203-622-7817.
Senior Residents who re-activated their passes in 2011 do not need to re-activate until 2014 at which time a re-activation form will be mailed to your address on file.
Residents who have active passes and require additional vehicle permits should fax their vehicle registration (must be taxed in Greenwich) include your name and address. Fax to: 203-622-6494. Upon processing, a vehicle permit will be mailed to your Greenwich residence on file. Please note: permits are not issued over-the-counter.

*Eastern Greenwich Civic Center, 90 Harding Road, Old Greenwich - Daily, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Beginning May 26th-September 16th
*Bendheim Western Greenwich Civic Center, 449 Pemberwick Road, Greenwich - Weekends and holidays only, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
