Members serve four-year terms commencing April 1st, are nominated by the Board of Selectmen and appointed by the Representative Town Meeting.

Meetings
Meetings commence at 6:30 p.m. on the last Monday of each month (unless otherwise posted) in the Josephine Evaristo Conference Room, third floor, Town Hall.

Executive Session
The Board meets in executive session when necessary to discuss personnel matters, labor negotiations and other matters that are legally confidential. Executive sessions are closed to the public and are for discussion.

Copies of the agenda are posted in the Town Clerk's Office and are also available at each meeting.
