GENERAL INFORMATION:

The Alarm Appeals Board consists of five members, who are available for residents who want to contest a false alarm charge. Members are appointed by the Representative Town Meeting on nomination by the Board of Selectmen. Three members are appointed for terms of four years commencing on April 1. Appointed members shall serve until their successors shall have been appointed and qualified. Vacancies in the membership are filled for the unexpired portion of a term in the same manner as regular appointments.
