Q. Can my company get on the bid list for a particular commodity or service? A. You can get your company on a particular bid list by identifying which commodity or service you are interested in and then submitting the request to be put on the bid list via email to jsullivan@greenwichct.org or by letter, addressed to Purchasing Department, Town Hall, 101 Field Point Road, Greenwich, CT 06830.
Q. Can I get a copy of a bid or Request For Proposal? A. You can get a copy of a certain bid or Request for Proposal (RFP) by calling the Purchasing Department at (203) 622-7881 and requesting the copy, or emailing the bid request to jsullivan@greenwichct.org. Purchasing will mail or email the bid or Request For Proposal to you.
Q. Can I find out which company has received the award for a particular bid or Request for Proposal? A. Purchasing will give you the information on the award upon your request by telephone to (203) 622-7881, by email to jsullivan@greenwichct.org or by letter to Purchasing Department, Town Hall, 101 Field Point Road, Greenwich, CT 06830.
