However, if the homeowner already has engaged an attorney, the Consumer Affairs Coordinator cannot help to resolve the problem.
Q.Do scales in stores have to be in sight of the consumer so we can read the weight on products we purchase? A. By law, scales cannot be hidden from consumers. Scales must be in full sight of purchasers.
Q.Are vendors who sell food on the streets of Greenwich licensed? A. Absolutely. Vendors must complete applications, which are reviewed by the Police Department and Consumer Affairs. Only if they are approved, do they receive a license.
